We live both in our bodies and in the environment that surrounds us. Achieving a balance between the two is what I call “move ability,” our ability to move through space as we unfold and renew ourselves. Key principles of this yoga practice are breath, healthy alignment and observation. Through one-on-one and small-group sessions, we will create a practice together that maintains vitality, cultivates peace and moves us from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
